1) Never EVER eat a single drop of refined vegetable oil.
2) Avoid ALL processed, prepared, commercial foods

5) Eat as much animal protein with animal fats as you want. Get as much animal saturated fat as you can tolerate. Eat it, cook with it, go for it. The body is optimal on animal protein and especially animal fats! Fat does NOT make you fat… carbs do! And carbs disrupt your natural metabolism.
6) Restrict daily eating to a 6-8 hour window, don’t snack or eat late in the evening (“intermittent fasting”.)
7) Occasionally do 1-3 day stints of water fasting or dry fasting (for cell repair, HGH and stem cell production.)
8) Avoid long sessions of aerobic exercise, switch to resistance and isometric training with some HIIT.

9) Avoid blue light (computer and device screens.) Consider red light from sunrises, sunsets or red light devices. Get as much natural sunlight as you can, no toxic sunscreen needed. Red spectrum, full sprectrum, and even some UV rays balances your metabolism and enhance health (proven by recent research.)

ADDING CARBS BACK INTO YOUR DIET AFTER REBALANCING YOUR METABOLISM IS POSSIBLE. It has to be the right kinds of carbs, prepared properly, and combined with exercise for best results.

I suddenly had high blood pressure spiking (and had been developing high blood pressure over the past few years), insulin resistence, pre-diabetes, chronic inflammation, unexplained anxiety and newly discovered kidney damage. Not to mention stubborn weight gain over the past few years that I could not figure out. All those symptoms were related, I finally discovered (but not from my doctor, thanks for nuthin!) After a month on prescriptions that offered no hope for a cure, I rejected them on principle after discovering research that lead me to easy lifestyle adjustments that reversed every issue.

F@#* those toxic, useless meds. My awful test results reversed very quickly and I lost 30lbs without them. All I did was just drastically cut carbs (especially grains), and add a lot of non-oil fats. Before, I thought I was doing everything right with a mostly plant-based, very lean diet for years. Au contraire! After suddenly being told in late 2023 I would be on medications and have irreversible kidney damage the rest of my life (maybe have to start statins soon, too)… well, I just thought it didn’t all make sense. I have always been in good shape, eating ‘healthy’ grains and veggies by the pound. When blood tests suddenly starting coming back with horrible indicators, I started taking some scary prescribed medications, but I also started deep research. I was quickly shocked by what I found.

For example, meat and fat are not actually bad for you, but sugar, carbs, grains, certain veggies and refined vegetable oils can be very damaging to tissues and metabolism. (One big bummer… no amount of weekly cabernet is “good for you” by the way. Darn it!) Anyway, any amount of carbs and all grains can silently build a toxic insulin-resistant metabolism that starts to damage your cells over time ( with rare exceptions for highly active individuals.) Also, unless you test for insulin levels, not just glucose, you won’t know it’s happening until cellular damage accumulates and suddenly starts giving you serious health troubles! (Insist on “insulin” blood tests, start early!)

Also, many mainstream doctors will tell you that your new diseases are ‘irreversible’, when that’s not true at all. (By the way, they can have their medical licenses revoked if they don’t follow the assigned “advice and prescription writing protocols” dictated by medical boards, even if they know better.) Curricula and continuing education training for doctors have not been updated in decades, so the education of doctors, nurses and even dietitians largely ignores the chemistry of your food and metabolism. (Bet you didn’t imagine that one!) So, for decades, the medical/pharma system has been insidiously entrenching 20th Century Old-School myths and phony ‘knowledge’ (decended through a broken food/medical system) that are being exposed as false only during the past 2-5 years. Medical research is not what you think is is, either… much of it is funded by food and pharma big conglomerates. This is all being exposed in front of everyone thanks to the growth of Internet access just during the past 2-5 years, despite major censorship efforts. (I’ve been in media for 30 years, and a professional researcher for over 15… trust me, I know.) Fortunately, enlightened and updated health professionals are getting on the Internet to spread the good news as a moral inititative. They are there, you just need to hear them.

Also, many tests are not accurate and fluxuate. If you get a bad diagnosis, take more tests… get second opinions!

CONSIDER the information below BEFORE nutrition mythology catches up with you! It almost got me… but no way! Now, I never felt better or calmer, have almost no aches and pains or inflammation anymore, and I have normal blood and metabolism test results! Lost 30 lbs easily, hasn’t come back. Why so much info on this page? It’s actually not much… this page’s links only scratch the surface with highlight that anyone can understand, mostly some of the best, easy-to-understand videos. There are thousands more online posts and research papers from doctors, nutritionists, and healed patients that you can learn from — surf around and judge for yourself! (I didn’t bother to list most of the hundreds of other articles and papers read in sources like the National Library of Medicine and Google Scholar, but I recommend you search those kinds of databases, too.)

  • Meat and fat (or protein & fat, at least) are NOT bad for you. It’s actually the optimal food for your metabolism, carbs are not. Meat and animal fat is particularly neutral and nutritious for the human metabolism — with no toxins (if you eat quality ingredients!) Your metabolic processes prefer fat intake, not carbs (sugars.) The body is designed to use fats for energy, and protein for builing blocks, with carbs (sugar) taking a limited, backup role that isn’t even necessary. In particular, quality meats and animal fats have pretty much all the nutrients you need for the average person. Only people using carb-based and plant-based diets need to worry about adding supplements and fiber, but fatty meat-based diets do not (for the most part, for healthy people eating the right meats and fats.) Of course, each individual person has a unique genetic, medical and activity profile, so there is no “one-size-fits-all” recommendation for diet. But most everyone is literally built to run on meat and fat, not carbs. Scroll down to learn more about your metabolism options.

  • You don’t actually need carbs… or fiber. Excess carbs and too much fiber is not good for your gut or blood nutrient levels, which is why so many people have unexplained weight gain or obesity, insulin resistance / diabetes / atherosclerosis / fatty liver / kidney disfunction / IBS / mental imbalance and more. If you are going to eat a carb-based diet, you should understand how to do it without adverse effects on your metabolism, especially if you try vegetarian or vegan. People know about the gut ‘microbiome’, which is active no matter what diet you have. Only people who eat carbs need to eat fiber in order to feed their carb-based microbiome. But the fiber is also irritating to the system, sometimes toxic. In particular, the “Standard American Diet” (aka “S.A.D.” diet) and vegetarian lifestyle can be dangerously overloaded with carbs, sugars, additives, adverse grain-based ingredients and hormones — and even many toxins. And the plant fiber can cause many chronic problems in the gut such as IBS, ulcerative colitis and more. There may be some exceptions about the benefits of eating carefully-selected carbs for professional athletes or people with genetic or medical sensitivities, of course. But people who switch to eating meat and fat do not need plant fiber – for either microbiome or roughage. (Mind blown, right? It’s true though.)   • ALL plants and grains are loaded with natural toxins/anti-nutrients/pesticides such as oxalates, phytates, lectins, hormones and man-made chemicals, which affects all organs and sytems in the body. Some worse than others. Even ‘organic’ selections have natural plant toxins in their biology that serve to protect the plant from predators (like humans!) And all refined plant/veg/seed oils will f#*@ you up! Even cold-pressed raw oils from most seeds and bran, even virgin olive and avocado oils will cause problems related to oxidizing and inflaming your tissues. Until the past few decades when processed oils were invented, humans never ate more than a drop or two of plant oils per meal from the natural environment. Modern food processing invented concentrated, refined plant oil products (usually stored in plastic) that wreck your metabolism and cells through cellular inflammation and other problems. As for the appearance of soy-based oil and many other products, be aware that too much soy is likely to eventually harm you over time due to it’s high hormone levels, seriously. And spinach and other high oxylate plants can ruin your kidneys and tissues, especially if you are trying to power up on raw juices and huge raw salads and grains. NOTE THAT ‘FERMENTED’, SPROUTED AND PEELED PLANTS ARE DIFFERENT! IT CAN BE POSSIBLE TO AVOID PROBLEMS BY SELECTING THE RIGHT PLANTS FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL METABOBLISM AND PREPARING THEM CORRECTLY.

  • Did you know that commercial plant agriculture kills more animals and harms the environment more than responsible, humane animal farming? Did you know that large religious organizations with non-health agendas going back decades own some of the largest food congolmerates? Think you know everything already?… Are you sure that you have NOT been groomed by multi-billion dollar media strategies into becomming a victim of the Dunning-Kruger affect?

The ability to process protein, fats and carbohydrates(sugars) is a function of the body’s evolved power to survive any environmental situation. Just because our modern culture uses high carbs, doesn’t mean that’s actually our natural, ideal metabolic state! For survival, the mitochondria in each cell in your body can burn either sugars or fats for energy. Your muscles and organs use a variety of metabolic processes to create and burn energy in the cells. So, even if you do not eat carbs, your body will make glucose/sugar, ketones and any other type of ‘energy’ you need, even if you don’t eat outside carbs. You don’t ‘need’ to eat carbs at all. (Mind blown yet?) Depending on your activity levels, you could be harming yourself by overdoing it on carbs, which induces a glucose-based high-insulin metabolic disorder (eating high amount of carbs, sugars, starches. Carbs and starches ARE sugar, as they are converted to sugar as soon as you eat them, flooding your blood with massive overdoses of glucose, which harms your arterial linings and organs. Yes, too much blood glucose is toxic to your cells, which is why diabetes develops in high-carb diet people over time.) You might be able to tolerate eating carbs if you have very high activity levels. For a while. But too much glucose in your blood, caused by eating high amount of carbs (or even any carbs) is toxic to your cells and your body will eventually cause reactions in your body that block the insulin-glucose processes. The role of insulin is to remove all the extra sugar in your blood that is caused by eating carbs before it damages your cells wherever your blood goes. Long-term, a high carb diet is the genesis of ‘insulin resistance’, leading to cell damage, diabetes, clogged arteries, fatty liver (it’s not the fat that causes clogged arteries and fatty liver!) and other diseases including cancer. Even neurologic problems like anxiety and dementia are now being linked to eating a carb-based diet, which can begin to reverse as soon as you stop eating carbs. Conversely, no matter your activity level, a fat-based diet, along with some proteins, will never clog arteries, or spike insulin, or cause diseases the same way your carb-based problems can do. You will never have too much glucose in your blood from eating fats and proteins. You can fuel your body from exclusively eating natural, saturated fat and protein. Your body will make the correct amount of it’s own glucose for your blood stream and cells from fat and protein – no carb food intake needed. Furthermore, old-school scare tactics about red meat causing cancer and saturated fat or cholesterol ‘clogging’ your arteries are FALSE. Those myths are remnants of old-school, poorly interpreted studies on bats and mice that have been ‘cited’ in the media and medical journals since decades ago… because a few crappy studies were the only ones that even existed until very recently. Many of them were actually the products of corrupted, paid-off researchers. It takes a long time (and the Internet) to turn around those myths, but it’s happening quickly now.

  • USING CARBS (SUGAR):

High INSULIN caused by a HIGH CARB-BASED METABOLISM causes the sugars to immediately store carbs into body fat because too much glucose in your blood is actually toxic to all cells. From an evolutionary perspective, eating carbs (sugars) is supposed to be your ‘backup’ intake, handled by floods of insulin to process the sugars you eat in plants when there is no meat around (or for small supplemental amounts of plant energy, but not as your primary energy engine.) Carbs are also physically addictive and, with excessive insulin releases caused with high carb diets, will easily make you fat because insulin (and other hormones) manage excess glucose by storing it as fat as quickly as possible. (Insulin is not bad, it regulates many other processes besides sugar-to-fat storage, and it will also help handle high doses of protein – but if you have too much incoming glucose all the time the system goes haywire.) Anway, it’s designed to react to excess carbs/sugars by storing it as fat. You may burn off some carbs right away if you are active while eating them, but the default mechanism in your body turns incoming carbs into stored fat very quickly in order to negate the risk of having too much glucose in your blood, which is a very toxic condition caused by ingesting carbs. Insulin will spike to keep toxic levels of glucose away from your cells, so it shuttles it into fat cells. That is one reason why eating real fat instead of carbs doesn’t make you fat, it’s the carb loading that makes you fat. (Myths busted! By the way, the food industry spends billions scientifically designing carb-based food to be as addictive as possible – literally.) Eating a carb-based diet for many years eventually destabilizes your insulin-based mechanisms for processing food. A very high-carb lifestyle and the resulting “insulin-resistance” is what most Americans cruise through in life on overdrive, many getting fatter and fatter, sicker and sicker, without understanding why. The more you do it, the more your toxic levels of glucose and resulting insulin imbalance will store stubborn fat and also affect organs, nerves, and glands, resulting in many metabolic diseases (diabetes, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, kidney & liver disease, heart disease, and neural disorders such as Alzheimers, just to name a few.) When you eventually develop “insulin resistance” over time, you are no longer able to process your carbs/sugars properly anymore (you get maxed out) and the sugars begin to bind onto your proteins – damaging them (called “glycation”.) Eventually, visceral fat begins to appear around your internal organs, with various additional unhealthy consequences. That metabolic state, (called “metabolic syndrome” or “insulin resistance” or “diabetes” or “hyperinsulinemia”) CAN be reversed if you kick out of the high insulin cycle by changing your diet to one that is low in carbs, or even lacks carbs completely. (But NEVER go cold turkey into a meat/fat diet! You need to wean yourself off carbs slowly until your body adapts back to it’s intended fat-based state.) It’s completely safe and biologically natural to eat only eating meat and fat. By the way, after eating high carbs for years, with no obvious adverse affects at first, your insulin will inevitably build up to dangerously high levels without it showing up in standard blood tests (which usually only test for glucose, not insulin. You should INSIST on getting your insulin levels tested – not just glucose and AiC!!!) The good news is that any related diseases you may develop, are mostly reversible by simply reducing or eliminating your carb intake, despite doctors telling you your diabetes or insulin resistance or kidney/liver damage is irreversible — it IS quickly reversible without meds! Furthermore, medications being prescribed for those diseases today do not ‘fix’ the problems, they are merely a lifelong subscription to chemicals that mask your symptoms — quite intentionally. Final note about insulin — it is NOT bad and a healthy person needs to trigger SOME insulin every day. Insulin is a hormon that regulates many things other than blood sugar. In fact, you will get insulin response from eating fat and protein, and your liver will make blood glucose naturally from fat and protein as well (one reason you never need to eat carbs.) Just remember that eating carbs is functionally almost the same as eating sugar, so don’t overload your body with glucose by relying on carbs for your nutrition. Just to illustrate: look at this chart below to compare 1 teaspoon of sugar in your blood stream (the most your body will allow to be disolved in your blood at any given moment) compared to common “healthy” fruits, vegetables and grains:

  • “USING FAT”:

FAT / KETONE-BASED METABOLISM is your body’s first natural choice for energy. It functions to efficiently burn both intake fat and stored fat and is never toxic to your cells. (And it does not cause atherosclerosis or heart disease or cancer. Those are myths!) Unless your body is only accustomed to processing carbs (sugar) all the time, eating fat will give you energy by quickly breaking down the lipids (fat molecules.) Your body can turn fat or protein into all the glucose your cells might need – no carb intake is required! When you eat fat, your body also produces “ketones” that most cells also use for energy, in addition to making it’s own glucose that the body can make from fat and protein — as needed. (Unlike eating carbs, which overload you with too much blood glucose that your body doesn’t even need.) If you regularly eat low/no carbs, your metabolism will processes that food through the “ketogenic process” that uses ketones and self-made glucose to power your cells. This does not precipitate insulin-based diseases like carb-based diets will do. When your diet is low/no carb and you eat natural proteins and animal fats, he body knows that you are not overloading the system with carbs, and enters a natural metabolic state (often called “ketosis”), which is completely natural for humans. It’s similar to what your metabolism does when you fast, which is another way to put your metabolism into “ketosis.” The fat and protein you eat when you avoid carbs tends NOT to quickly transform and store any excess amounts as fat the way your excess carb-based food would do. And it doesn’t create toxic conditions in your cells the way excess carbs can do. (Note: beware of bad advice for doing ‘keto’ diets that suffer from bad, snacky foods promoted by food companies. It not necessary or even a good idea to permanently be “in ketosis” every minute of every day, despite many obsessive ‘keto’ podcasts online that try to coach people to never leave ketosis – you don’t need to do that and should not do that.) Anyway, another aspect of a ketogenic approach is that you are not likely to over eat fat and protein because protein and saturated animal fats are more satiating than carbs — you just don’t get hungry very much. Conversely, carbs make you constantly hungry, especially in processed foods that are scientifically engineered to be addictive and make you very hungry all the time, spiking your insulin constantly, causing people to over eat it and get fat quickly.) That is why the saturated fat from animals is the best substance to generate your energy needs for every cell in the body, not carbs. Fat is the natural energy source and creates a healthy, default ‘ketogenic’ metabolism that humans are evolved for. Furthermore, to be clear, eating fat does NOT clog arteries or make you fat… (it’s the carbs-based over-reactive insulin system that does that.) Your body is evolved over millions of years to safely spend more time in a ketogenic state by predominantly eating high fat & high protein — without any of the risks caused by the alternative carb-based insulin/glucose mode. We (including doctors, nurses and so-called dieticians) are taught the opposite of this, so you have to get over your lifetime of false messaging from culture to understand that. Bottom line, you really really really do NOT need even 1 gram of carbs to fuel any cell in your body. Of course, every body is unique, so some people have less risk from eating carbs, primarily only for people who have very high athletic activity level and some genetic issues. To summarize, from an evolutionary perspective, the ‘ketogenic’ metabolic state should be the primary metabolism for almost every human, achieved by simply eating protein and lots and lots (really lots) of fat. (Or fasting.) It’s the FAT that your body wants for transforming into energy – you need lots of fat along with your protein! Plus, animal protein and fats are far more neutral and non-toxic for your body than vegetable sources. Furthermore, over and above energy provision, the ketogenic metabolism is the state that triggers & maintains constant autophagy, HGH and stem cell production, processes that regenerate and rejuvenates all cells and naturally maintains a healthy metabolic stasis. Conversely, the insulin/glucose system “glycates” your cells with sugars instead, a mode that is toxic to cells, especially when overloaded.   • QUESTIONS & SO-CALLED RISKS:

IS IT important to have a “flexible” metabolism that can switch back and forth between carbs and fats? (Sort of, but you produce your own carbs, too.) Should you be in a “ketogenic” state 24 hours a day? (No.) Is it important to induce some insulin daily? (Yes.) Does too much fasting cause damaging stress on the body? (Possibly.)

Before you jump into a sudden change in your diet, be aware that you need to acclimatize your metabolism slowly and understand what’s happening – or you will feel terrible and be tempted to quit your transformation. Also, keep in mind that, as described above, the ketogenic metabolism is safe and healthy overall, but you don’t want to be ‘in ketosis’ every minute of every day. (That is one of the big mistake people make who go on ‘keto’ diets, along with constant snacking of so-called ‘keto-friendly’ processed food products.) Overall, switching to a fat+protein lifestyle (instead of carb/sugar-based) is proving to reverse many diseases caused by carb overload and plant toxins. Protein and fat are always required for healthy metabolism, carbs are not. You don’t have to worry about doing anything special (like eating a few carbs now and then) to keep your metabolism ‘flexible’ for both macros, because protein will induce some healthy levels of insulin anyway (but not with huge spikes the way carbs will do.) As for fats, almost every serious researcher now believes that LOTS OF FAT IS NECESSARY for your base metabolism – the low fat myth that started in the 80’s is NOT the way to go! Fat should be your primary energy source, not carbs. But whether or not you should be in a “ketogenic metabolic state” all day everyday is hotly debated. For example, what does it mean if you never eat ANY carbs ever again? Can you eat too much protein or fat? At what ratio should they be consumed? Some healthy, active athletes wonder if it’s beneficial to incorporate some carbs, and argue about how many carbs or protein should be consumed. There are many successful combinations of choices out there… it’s all being recorded and discussed online for everyone to see by doctors, patients, etc. Some notes so far: Whether or not you should attempt to slightly bump your insulin up a little bit every day or create occasional insulin spikes is considered a good idea by many (but which can be done with protein not carbs, by the way – either way.) But some people are trying to avoid any insulin increases and try to avoid bumping out of a ketogenic state, hence they consume no carbs or severely restrict it (such as less than 20-50 mg carbs per day.) That may not be the best idea, so relax. And too much severe, daily intermittent fasting is also under discussion as thousands of people are sharing their results and blood work showing a variety of results – depending on the activity level of the individuals, usually. These questions are debated, in particular among people who have been ketogenic or even carnivore long term. Anyway, it’s clear that there is no “one-size-fits-all” method, yet. Evolution explains the human metabolism: Before we invented agriculture only 10K years ago, humans were evolved over hundreds of millions of years to metabolize hunted game, with just a bit of vegetation-gathering as an occasional or sparse “backup”. (Background: before we were humanoid, our ancestor mammals had could do quite a bit of plant digestion, and we have vestigal digestive organs left over from that time period, such as the appendix. But we slowly transformed to become more meat-eating animals over many millennia, and our digestive tract architecture show it.) The ice-ages particularly forced an evolution of more strictly carnivorous mammals due to the massive plant die-offs that occured several times during planet-wide ice ages. As a result, many mammals evolved to rely on meat and it’s associated fat, with no plants. The dense protein/fat of carnivore nutrition further enabled our ancestor metabolisms to evolve into the smarter & stronger humanoids that we became. In fact, all serious “pre-agriculture” archeology studies of ancient plant-based human civilizations (and modern hunter-gatherer research, too) shows much better health for archaic people who were not engaging in agriculture than all post-agricultural civilizations who have been. For example, the Egyptians were the first grain-based society and their mummies show the beginning of the first signs of catastrophic society-wide health problems, similar to what we suffer today. In contrast, modern hunter-gatherers eat low amounts of vegetation and have few to none of the modern ailments.

Metabolic health statistics ARE really bad NOW in the 21st Century. Today, since the adoption of “low fat (high sugar) processed foods, grains and oils,” health statistics of modern society reveal an explosive growth of lethal and devastating metabolic diseases — particularly since the 1950’s and especially since the 1980’s. Besides fasting, low-carb or carb-free eating is another way to put yourself into ketogenic metabolism (aka ketosis), especially if you only eat one large meal a day. A ‘carnivore’ approach (which is sort of a subset of low-carb eating, such as “keto”) consists only of meat, LOTS of fat and various animal products, like dairy. If you do “keto” correctly (most keto people do not), you can acheive “ketosis”, which has the benefits of fasting, too. But when you consume zero or or almost zero carbs using carnivore diet, you are almost always in the ketogenic state (ketosis), which “mimics” fasting. So, IF you are chosing to eat carbs daily but want to start autophagy, stem cell & HGH production, mitochondrial & cell repair, etc., you really have not choice but to ‘fast’ because it’s the only way to attain a “ketogenic” metabolism. And most ‘vegans’ and ‘keto’ lifestyles eat junk food and processed crap that is just as unhealthy as anyone else’s “standard American diet” (aka SAD.) Understand that the vegan industry is controlled and promoted by major food conglomerates, some of whom have religious (non-health or enviromental responsibility) agendas. Whatever lifestyle you choose, be mindful of the source and preparations of your food. Question authorities! Support humane animal farmers!

  • Only buy “Humane”, “Pasture Raised” & “Wild Caught” animal products! Bear in mind that ‘humane’ treatment has various levels, so look into the exact practices used by your sources.
  • Local butchers who source from local, sustainable, pasture-raised animals are the best, even if not officially “certified humane.”
  • Large grocery chains often carry “certified humane” meat products & pasture raised eggs (free range is not good enough.)
  • Please, avoid products that use animal testing.
  • “Organic, non-GMO & Sustainable” designations are sometimes misleading… research your sources, read labels. GMO food fed to the animals you eat has various problems that go beyond fears about the DNA. By the way, if you eat veggies, be aware that ‘organic’ food is not necessarily monitored and regulated the way you think it is, especially processed foods with grains that may contain toxins that will poisen you and the environment.
  • Buy products in glass, find sustainable packaging & shipping options. Recycled plastic and paper often contain toxins from the original plastics – avoid them. Upcycle, recycle…
